Hamilton county in New York saw the largest decrease in its unemployment rate with it decreasing from 6.9% 12 months ago to the current 6.7% as at November 2019. So while Hamilton county had the highest unemployment rate in the state of New York but it also saw the strongest decline in its unemployment rate of any county in the state of New York over the last 12 months.
